The function:
In the job of HR-manager you are responsible to initiate, develop and implement a HR-policy that meets the needs of the human resources and business processes within VNU Exhibitions Asia. You monitor, advise, and support management by executing the HR-policy and applying the HR-instruments. As HR-manager you manage the staff within the HR-team. Furthermore, you are also responsible for the implementation of a personnel administration system and monitor all "employee regulations". The profile: Candidates for this vacancy must have a bachelor degree and 10 years experience in Human Resources Management. Management experience is preferred. Ideal candidates have good communication, inter-personal, and English language skills (oral and written). |
